Bitches Be Hungry: Best Damn Crab Legs!

I have been on a crab leg kick, ya’ll.

If I called myself the Meatball Queen, then I am also King Crab Legs.

Did ya’ll know I was royalty?

I have figured out the absolute best way to make crab legs at home!

And there’s very little clean up!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

 

For the Crab Legs:

2 lbs of Snow Crab Legs

8 tablespoons of melted, salted butter

2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning

 

For Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:

8 tablespoons of melted butter

1 lemon, *juiced*

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning

 

Are ya’ll ready for the easiest crab leg ever?

Thaw the crab legs out for about 10 minutes so it’s not ice cold.

Place the crab legs on an aluminum foiled lined cookie sheet. Drizzle half the melted butter/Italian seasoning mix over one side of the crab leg, then flip over and pour the rest on the other side.

 

Then, under the broiler, cook on one side for 4-5 minutes, then flip it over and repeat for another 4-5 minutes.

While the crab legs are broiling, melt the butter for about a minute in small pot, then add  the Italian Seasoning, garlic and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.

Let them cool for about 2 minutes, (because anything straight out of a broiler is practically on fucking fire), then let’s get cracking!
