Bitches Be Hungry: Boozy Ice Cream Floats

Admittedly, I am not much of a sweets person.

At the end of a meal, I’d rather have a cheese plate or a cup of coffee then a slice of pie or a cookie.

But there’s something nostalgic about an ice cream float that makes me say “Yes, please.” to dessert.

However, this float is not the one you had at your elementary school’s ice cream social, this tasty treat features our spiced rum!

Sidebar: We’ve been *OBSESSED* with Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum, and I just want to take a minute to fangirl over it. Ugh, so good.

Check out how we made this yummy treat below!

Two Ounces of Spiced Rum, I used Sailor Jerry’s

Two Scoops of  French Vanilla Ice Cream

Cream Soda, I used Vanilla Cream Faygo (a Michigan brand, so many flavors!)

Start by scooping the ice cream into a chilled glass, then add the rum.

Slowly add the cream soda, making sure it doesn’t over flow.

Top it with a lil maraschino cherry if you’re feeling cute & there you have it!

This fun float is perfect for girls night in, a movie night with friends, or that mood where you’re like, “Do I want dessert or alcohol?”

Happy sipping!
