Bitches Be Cookin’: The Ultimate Bacon Cheese Sliders.

I don’t know about you but there’s something about warm weather that makes me want a burger.

And if you’re like me, burgers are all about the toppings.

I made these sliders last weekend & they were packed with flavor.

If you couldn’t tell by the title, these bad boys feature maple bacon, Gouda cheese, and (get ready for this guys) *Roasted. Garlic. And. Onion. Jam*.

Let’s take a minute to let that sink in: ROASTED GARLIC AND ONION JAM.

Seriously guys, Trader Joe’s knocked it out of the park with this one. It’s savory with a hint of sweetness, that adds like 20 more levels of flavor to the sliders.

Make it your business to throw this in your cart on your next trip.

Check out how I made the Ultimate Bacon Cheese Sliders here!

1 pound of Ground Beef

4 slices of Maple Bacon

Roasted  Garlic & Onion Jam (Purchased at Trader Joe’s)

Sweet Hot Mustard (The one I used is by Mister Mustard)

Pretzel Buns

The Ultimate Burger Seasoning (link to the recipe here: https://snaxnthecity.com/2017/06/02/bitches-be-cookin-the-ultimate-burger-seasoning/)

Start by seasoning the ground beef with the Ultimate Burger Seasoning, them form 4 small patties & cook them on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.

While the burgers are cooking, fry 4 strips of maple bacon in a pan on high heat.

Once the sliders & bacon are done, take the buns & cut them to fit to the size of the slider. I also toasted the buns under the broiler for about 2 minutes, cause I like my buns ~toasty~.

Once everything is done, it’s assembly time!

I put the spicy mustard on the bottom, then the slider, a slice of Gouda cheese, then on the top bun the Roasted Garlic & Onion Jam.

I’m proud to say that once you complete these steps, you’ve made The Ultimate Bacon Cheese Slider. Jammed packed with jammy, bacony goodness, this slider will change the way you look at burgers.

Happy eating!
