Bitches Be Cookin’: Spinach Artichoke Dip.

Lazy, rainy Sundays call for delicious cozy snacks.

This particular Sunday, I woke up craving something decedent.

And when I think of decedent, savory snacks, I think Spinach Artichoke dip.

finshed dip 2

The gooey, melted cheese, the slightly salty artichoke, honestly, what’s not to love?

Did I mention it takes less than 30 minutes to make?

Check out how I made my Spinach Artichoke dip here!

spinach 1

One Cup of Artichokes, chopped

One Cup of Frozen Spinach, thawed

One Cup of Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

One Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

Two Tablespoons of Garlic, chopped

Four Ounces of Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 Cup of White Onions, chopped

1/2 Cup of Sour Cream

1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, grated

You’re gonna love this recipe because it’s so easy to make!

You guys, literally just….mix everything together.

That’s it!

Well, mostly it.

After every is mixed, scoop the mix into an oven-safe dish (I used my cute pink ramekins!) & let it bake on 375 degrees until the cheese melts (about 20 minutes).

I made little toasts to eat the dip with, but you can use tortilla chips, pita chips, whatever!

Hope you enjoy this tasty snax as much as I did.

Happy Eating! ❤
