Pantry Pasta: Lemony Arugula Pasta with Prosciutto

Hey guys!

Today I’m here to bring you a meal that I literally threw together with things I had in my fridge.

This pasta features wonderful Italian flavor such as peppery arugula & salty prosciutto, as well as my favorite cheese, Parmesan. Check out how I made this quick, cheap dish!

One lemon–sliced thin

Linguine

Prosciutto

Arugula

White Cooking Wine

Parmesan cheese

A handful of crushed red pepper flakes

Since this meal is kinda just thrown together, there are no real measurements.

I started off by boiling a large pot of water for the noodles & dropped the pasta in once the water was bubbling.

In a pan of warm olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes & a dash of white cooking wine, I added the arugula & let that wilt.

Once the pasta was al dente, I drained the water then added the pasta to the pan & tossed it so everything was mixed evenly.

Then I added the prosciutto & the parmesan cheese, and added the lemons & some cracked black pepper on top.

Super simple, but super delicious!

Add more cheese or crushed red pepper if you desire.

Hope this pantry pasta is your next go to when you don’t know what to make for dinner

Happy eating! ❤️
