Bitches Be Cookin’: JB’s Best Ever Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich.

It’s official, I have perfected the fried chicken sandwich. It is not up for debate, I will not argue, in fact I’m willing to call this JB’s Best Ever Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich.

This bad boy has a spicy slaw, bacon & Swiss cheese! Hungry yet?

Check out how this (easy!) meal is made.

chicken-1

Two boneless, skinless chicken breast

Swiss cheese (I used two slices)

Crunch Slaw, a blend of cabbage & carrots (I got this one from Whole Foods)

Two strips of thick cut bacon

One roll

One red onion, sliced thin

1/2 cup of mayo

1/4 cup of hot sauce

I started off by frying up the chicken breast. I always season my flour to add extra flavor: this time I used garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

After shaking up the bag I fried the chicken up till it was golden brown!

While the chicken is frying, I prepped the slaw which was super easy. Add the mayo, hot sauce, crunchy slaw mix, & sliced onion in a bowl & mix

them together until they’re well blended.

Set that aside & cool your bacon. I still have #Boyfriend make my bacon for me because I’m awful at it.

So thanks John!

Once everything is done, time to assemble! I put a slice of Swiss cheese on a roll (I used a cheddar roll for this) then placed this chicken, added more cheese, bacon, and the spicy slaw.

I wanted to melt the cheese & toast my bun so I popped that in my toaster oven for about 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, you’ll have a toasty, melty sammie that will delight your taste bud with every bite.

Hope you try it out tonight & love it as much as I did!

Happy eating. ❤
