Snax N The City.

15 Minute Meals: Salmon “BLT”

Hay guys! So I was hungry and wanted something quick, easy and yummy and naturally I wanted to make sandwiches.

It’s just nothing better to me than a good ass sandwich.

I thought about making salmon BLTs but in all honestly, I hate BLTs. Lol.

So I tweaked it.

Sub lettuce and tomato for spinach and avocado and you have salmon “BLTs.”

Or salmon BSA, as Jazzmin called them.

This is a quick and easy meal for those lazy/tired nights after a long day.

All you’ll need is ::

  • Thick cut bacon
  • Spinach
  • Salmon
  • Lemonaise (omq)
  • Avocado
  • Sourdough bread

So since I’m going for easy with this recipe, I’m just going to pop the bacon in the oven to bake nice and crispy.

While this is going on, I can sear my salmon!
All I did was season it with garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper and black pepper.

In a lightly oiled pan, I sear it for about 7 minutes.

I tore the skin off cause I didn’t want it for the sandwiches.

After searing, my favorite trick is to flip the salmon over, turn the heat off and cover it so that it can cook to about medium.

This next part is the easy part: putting the sandwich together.

Layer your lemonaise, spinach, salmon, bacon and avocado on the sourdough.

For added flavor, I sprinkled some sea salt and pepper on the avocado. Mouthgasm.

Put it on the sandwich press until desired crunchiness et voila! Salmon “BLT”

Happy snacking. ❤

Ps: Jazzmin said that she was absolutely horny for this sandwich. Her words, not mine. (For once)
