Bitches Be Cooking: Lobsta Roll.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA’LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.

LET. ME. TELL. YOU.

I outdid myself with this, truly.

I can’t be humble with this because why should I be when I literally PERFECTED the lobster roll.

lobsta finshed

Yes, perfected.

Quote me on this.

Lobster Rolls are on the most summery-est foods out there & this recipe is sure to be a hit at your next picnic, BBQ, or for eating in front of your computer watching House of Cards if you’re like me.

I added shrimp & a couple other ~secret ingredients~ to the roll that really make it special.

Let’s get cooking!

lobsta

10 large shrimp

8 oz of imitation lobster meat*

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1 1/2 stalks of celery, diced

1 1/2 green onion, diced

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

salt & pepper to taste

Start off boiling the shrimp until they turn opaque, literally for like 2 minutes.

I chopped the shrimp & the imitation lobster into bite sized chunks.lobsta 6

I also diced the green onions & the celery

with one of the *best* kitchen tools ever, my slap chop.

SLAP CHOP

It’s one of the few as-seen-on-tv things that actually work.

Any time I need to chop or dice something, I reach for this baby.

I then combined the mayo, paprika, and the lemon juice, celery, green onion ,and my extra special ~secret~ ingredient,

lobsta 4

hot sauce!

Just a few dashes to give it a little kick.

I toasted & buttered my hot dog buns then I went to town on these Lobsta Rolls.

I even shared it with a friend & I think this message confirms how delicious they are.
