Yet another place that procrastinating ass Wonda is JUST now visiting. I’m gone learn one day. (No I’m not)
So I finally checked out this place mostly because BEER. I’ve noticed that I have an affinity for local breweries, so this DEFINTELY was up my alley of shit to visit.
Love a good brewery. Mm.
Looking through the beer menu, I couldn’t decide which beer I wanted!
It’s like I was in a wonderland of beer and what type of person would EYE be to know and choose exactly what I wanted?
A sensible one. But alas.
So I got a flight.
For those that may not know, a flight is pretty much just a system of samples for those that don’t wanna come off as a lush.
I’m jk. It’s just a cool way to try out multiples. Silly goose.
I’ll make a review of this flight because BITCH THIS BEER.
Just enough to warm up for some food!
Now for this lovely disclaimer: the food here has a lot of potential, in my opinion.
I just don’t think I made the right choices.
First I got the calamari. Hated it. End of story.
I then ordered something called a Hangover Sandwich.
Definitely caught my eye cause who knows hangovers better than I do?
On it came a fried egg, cheddar, maple beer bacon, tomato, sriracha, and chipotle aioli on a brioche bun.
The tator tots were A1. The sandwich? Aggressively ok. Like, super aggressive widdit.
But I was fortunate to get a taste of the Texas Toast Grilled Cheese. FIRE. The cup of spicy tomato bisque that accompanied it? FIRE. Shoulda, woulda, coulda gotten that BUT A-LAS.
