I LOVE salmon. It’s very near and dear my little black heart, so I’m always down for a great salmon dish!
I’ve been playing around with different glazes and such for it because I’m so ~adventurous~ and I finally found something that’s super fawkin’ yummy.
All you’ll need is:
- Garlic (minced)
- Salmon fillet (obvi)
Measuring things out is pretty kaka for me, although I should probably start but….lazy.
So I began by taking about half a stick of butter in a skillet and melting it.
After melting it, I cooked it for a few minutes until it started turning brown.
After that’s all brown, I added about 4 tablespoons of honey and let that simmer until it started bubbling.
Little bubble booties dancing all around *heart emoji eyes*.
While bubbling, I started whisking it until thickness.
After al’lat, take your salmon fillet (seasoned with salt and pepper) and plop it in da sauce glaze.
Cook it on both sides til the salmon is cooked all the way through.
Put that with some garlic roasted asparagus and jasmine rice and there ye go!
