Cooking For Bae: Red Velvet Cookies.

It’s no secret that I fucking hate baking.

Like, nothing about it makes me happy, I hate measuring things, it’s just a nightmare for me. However, I do really love cooking for #Bae.

In fact, I enjoy cooking for him so much, I swear I’m trying to make him fat.

Which I’m totally not trying to do, however he was just the *cutest* when he was still chubby but that’s neither here nor there.

So being the ~lovely~ woman that I am, I decided to surprise him with some delicious cookies!

Red Velvet cookies to be exact:

cookies

This can be recreated with any flavor & it only takes 15 minutes to make from start to finsh!

Let’s get started:

One box of red velvet cake mix

Two eggs

1/3 cup of canola oil

Powdered Sugar

Okay, so you start by mixing the caked mix with the 2 eggs & 1/3 cup of oil,

since we’re making cookies instead of cake, you should mix it to be a thicker consistency than cake mix,

like this.

If it looks a little dry, add a *little bit* more oil.

I then took an ice cream scoop & plopped that little sucker in powdered sugar,

then transferred that to a cookie sheet.

Then I used a glass to flatten them out,

then put them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, I had these warm, delicious red velvet cookies,

cookies

which #bae loved!

I can’t wait to try these out again, I’m thinking double chocolate next!
