Snax N The City.

A Snax N The City Thanksgiving: Stuffed Lobster.

How was everyone’s thanksgiving?

Hope everyone had lots of yummy food & enjoyed their time with their loved ones!

Since it’s only my mom & I, we stopped doing the tradition thanksgiving a while ago. In fact, Lou (my cat) was the only one who had turkey in Thursday! Instead we had lobster, potatoes & broccoli.

The star of the whole meal was the stuffed lobster which since posting a picture on my Instagram, I’ve gotten several requests to put the recipe on here!

So here it is, stuffed lobster:
Two Lobster tails per person
Ten shrimp, chopped
Four scallops, chopped
One cup of crab meat chopped
Fresh chopped garlic
1/2 cup of parsley
One cup of plain bread crumbs
One cup of white cooking wine
Three tablespoons of butter
salt & pepper
Start off by boiling the lobsters until they’re bright red, which takes about 5-10 minutes. While that is cooking, sauté the chopped garlic in a pan with butter till aromatic (until you can smell it). Then cook the chopped scallops, which takes about 3 minutes to cook fully. Once that is finished, combine the cooked shrimp, scallops, crab meat, & bread crumbs with the white wine, making a stuffing.

By now, the lobsters should be done, so remove them from the water & let them cool for second.

Once they’re cooled off, you’ll have to get your hands dirty.
Cut the under side of the lobster tale, exposing it’s meat. transfer the lobster into a pan, then pack the stuffing top of the lobster meat & add a little more white wine to the pan.

Bake the lobster on 450° until the stuffing is crispy & slightly brown on top, for about 10 minutes. then there you have it, stuffed lobster!
