Another installment of Cooking for Bae!
This time I made probably the best salmon he’s ever had (his words not mine, and also a little bit of mine), along with some spicy sriracha noodles.
This meal was so good that I had to lay on the floor after I finished eating because damn.
The secret is in the marinade that I made,
I combined 1 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of ginger, 5 tablespoons of garlic (I fucking love garlic), & a handful of cilantro and let the salmon marinade overnight.
I took the salmon out & patted the excess marinade off then I seared it
skin side down in a hot pan with just enough olive oil to coat the pan.In a pot of boiling water, I threw in some udon noodles & once those were finished, I tossed them in a pan with cilantro, spinach, & a healthy dose of sriracha.
Like a shit ton of sriracha.
I love sriracha.
once those were finished, I just plated the salmon on top of the noodles.
and that’s it!
I’m warning you, you will literally fall on the floor after eating this.
It’s that good.
